Business Development Advisors – Hong Kong – international law firms
Several roles exist for Chinese-fluent BD/Marketing professionals within international law firms. These are practice area focused and cover a broad range of activities including: supporting BDM campaigns, events and initiatives; drafting targeted marketing collateral and briefing notes; provision of client overviews to support client meetings/trips; client reporting and relationship documents; managing directory, award and league table submissions; pitching for new work; and supporting the delivery of practice priorities. You will be working with a large and experienced team (regionally and globally) with fabulous leadership and mentoring provided. Business level Mandarin and 3-4 years’ experience, ideally in law/professional services, is required, along with excellent communication and influencing skills and a proactive, energetic and confident approach. Salary up to HKD 45K per month plus excellent benefits.

You will lead a high performing team of 10+ BD and Marketing professionals, overseeing both strategic and operational BD, marketing and communications including market strategy and planning; budgeting; key account management; brand management; business development; and team management and mentoring. Work-life balance is truly part of this firm’s culture. Law firm experience in Hong Kong/China is preferable, with team management experience essential.
